MEZ-300 Portable Battery Powered Crimping Tool

This battery-powered hydraulic crimping tool is designed for on-site crimping of copper and aluminum cable lugs and inline connectors from 10mm² to 300mm². Equipped with a high-speed hydraulic system and brushless motor, it completes each crimping cycle in approximately 3 to 5 seconds. The output force is consistent, reaching a maximum of 60kN. With hexagon crimping dies, the tool produces uniform terminal deformation and reliable holding force. Lightweight and powered by an 18V lithium battery, it is ideal for work at height or in remote areas without access to mains power. The user interface is straightforward: one-button operation with automatic die retraction after crimping. Additional features include an LED work light and battery level indicator for low-light conditions and charge monitoring. Dies can be changed without tools, allowing quick switching between cable sizes.
